At YogaBuds, you can choose from private or group classes and workshops for adults, kids, teens and families. This alone makes YogaBuds unique in Greater Toronto. Our range of expertise is equally unique. Apart from instruction, we also offer private yoga therapy, psychotherapy and custom group sessions. Regardless of your age or physical condition, we believe that inspired instruction in the rituals of rejuvenation enables wellness to truly blossom.

We keep classes small so that each student receives individual instruction in the Iyengar discipline, leavened with a unique dose of YogaBuds creativity and mindfulness. Specifically, we:
