Class levels

Adult class levels range from Beginner to Advanced, and all classes are taught in the Iyengar style in a safe and supportive manner. This systematic and progressive method introduces postures gradually, enabling you to advance steadily from one level to the next. Iyengar yoga is a powerful tool for relieving modern-day stresses and promoting physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Temmi uses a well-developed multidisciplinary teaching approach rooted in the Iyengar methodology, with an added dose of creativity.

Beginner: Anyone trying yoga for the first time or for those new to the Iyengar method of yoga.
 

Mixed: A more challenging environment that prepares you for Advanced studies. Students will have a familiarity with the Sanskrit names of poses and have had experience practising inversions and longer holdings of poses.

Advanced: Minimum of one year of Iyengar Yoga required. Student should feel comfortable in headstand and shoulderstand poses.
