Winter Session 2018 and Spring Session 2018

September 2016 marked Temmi's 30th year of teaching yoga and mindfulness and providing psychotherapy services to midtown Toronto and beyond. And this past September marks 20 years since Temmi pioneered the children's yoga movement in Canada!
 

Join Temmi in the Winter Session which begins on January 8 and runs through March 31. The YogaBuds studio is closed for Family Day weekend and for March Break. 

The Spring Session begins on April 1 and runs through June 22. The YogaBuds studio is closed for Victoria Day Weekend, May 19-21. 

Please check the schedule below for adults, kids, tweens, teens, mother-daughter and family yoga classes! New students are welcome to join at any time and will be prorated from their start date (if +3 weeks into the session). The schedule does occasionally vary from session to session so please call to confirm that the class that you are interested in attending is running. 

Special series!

Mother and Teen/Pre-teen Daughter class: The Winter class runs is a 10-week series on Tuesdays, 7-7:45p.m.   The Spring class runs for 11-weeks from April 3 - 12. Pre-registration is required.

Family Yoga: The Winter class runs is an 8-week series, Saturdays, 9:30-10:15 a.m.  The Spring class runs for 10 weeks from April 7 - June 16. Pre-registration is required.

Restorative Yoga:  4-week series on Wednesdays, 11-1 p.m. and once a month on Sundays, 4-6 p.m.; Dates for both the Wednesday class and the Sunday class are to be announced. Pre-registraton is required.
