Yoga is bringing all of your thoughts and concentration into your body. It is also a way of getting in touch with your inner self. When I do yoga, I relax and let all of my feelings into my body. Yoga is also a lot of fun!

When I lie down in corpse pose and child pose it really just makes me warm and cuddly. I love backbends because I feel a big stretch in my body. I love handstands because I love to be upside down.

I like yoga because it cools down stress. Also it really helps if you do it before sports. I know that because I play baseball and hockey. When I did yoga before baseball it really stretched me out. I got one homerun and three triples in one game because of yoga (I think). Also, if I have a headache, yoga would usually stop it. Otherwise it's really a good habit to get used to because it stretches you out. Also it helps to build muscles and strength.

I have learned how to sit in a group of my friends and be silent. It has been helpful to relate the poses to my stretches in dance class. I am a very nervous and stressed out person and yoga has helped to calm me down.

Yoga means flexibility, good posture and concentration. Yoga means your mind and soul. Yoga is a sport that anyone can do as long as they put their mind to it. Yoga is relaxing and calming. Yoga is great because you can do it anywhere and anytime you want to. It is also great because you learn how to connect your mind and body. Yoga has taught me a lot.
