Art Therapy



Art Therapy uses the creative process to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals of all ages. It is based on the belief that the creative process involved in artistic self-expression helps people to resolve conflicts and problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behaviour, reduce stress, increase self-esteem and self-awareness, and achieve insight. The focus is on the process of creation rather than on the final product.

Private one-to-one art therapy enables the therapist to gain a deeper understanding of the individual and to meet their individual needs, goals, and capabilities. A personalized home practice may also be provided.

This unique approach can be applied to children, adolescents and adults. Private sessions are available by appointment only. Please note that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy or full fees may apply.
